We cannot do this for you. It can only be done in the secure area of your PayPal account.
- Log into PayPal
- Click PROFILE
- Click MY MONEY.
- Click MY PRE-APPROVED PAYMENTS.
- Click UPDATE (located to the right of the pre-approved payment section).
- Click the subscription you wish to cancel.

- Repeat for all subscriptions with that you wish to cancel.
IMPORTANT! To ensure you are not charged for another month, please cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled payment date.
Once you have cancelled a recurring payment your invoices will not be automatically paid on time. You will need to manually pay invoices by the due date.
To ensure you get your invoices, in your Client Area change your default billing method to an option other than PayPal Subscription. The options may change from time to time so choose from the selection scurently offered in that payment method drop down. If you are unable to do this, please create a support ticket and ask us to do it for you.
When you receive an invoice you should log in and pay it using PayPal or credit card as a once-off payment. This ensures that your payment is immediately credited to your account and you will not experience any service disrruption. If you make maual payments directly, without going through your Client Area, your payments will not be notified to your account and account updates will need to be done manually at this end. This can introduce delays and if you don't tell us you made a payment, it may not get noticed rcould be affected. All exchange of payment information is processed directly with PayPal. Not card or transaction account data passes through or is held on clickonIT. We are advised only of successful payments once are completed through Paypal.
If you need more information or clarification on account payments, please raise a support ticke with your questions.
