If you have set up a new address mailbox that can send email and receive email from same domain addresses but not from other domains, the most likely problem is that the address has not been added to teh SpamFilter as an authorized email address.
To add the address;
1. Log into your spamfilter at http://spamfilter.clickonIT.com.au

2. Navigate to Settings > Email Recipients

3. Add or Delete mailbox AND/OR alias(forwarder) addresses from the list. Allow 10 minutes for the SpamFilter to get a grip on the changes.

4. Log out when you are done.
