Every Internet login account you have needs a different password and every password needs to be a strong password.
A strong password include ALL of the following characteristics.
A Minium of 12 Characters
The more characters in your password, the harder it is to break. 12 charctaers is teh minimum, 14 is much better and every charcter extra adds to teh degree of difficulty in cracking your password.
Include Numbers, Symbols, Capital Letters, and Lower-Case Letters
Mix up the characters from all over your keyboard to create strong passwords.
Don Not Use Dictionary Words

Do Not Use Substitutions
Do not subsitute digits for characters or vice versa in your passwords. Too easy to break.
Do Not Use Associated Names/Words/Numbers
Avoid using personal or family names, phone numbers, birthdays.
Use a Different Password for Each Account
Simply using one strong password for all your acounts leaves you open to attack shoudl your password fall into the hands of hackers. Then they will be able to easily access all your accounts. Unique strong passwords are essential for security.
